Think of it like a meet and greet! A therapy consultation is a free 15-minute conversation where you can share a bit about what’s bringing you into therapy and what you’re looking for in a therapist. You’ll be asked some basic questions about your needs, preferences, and goals, and we’ll also go over practical details like availability and fees.
This is your chance to ask any questions you have - no question is off limits!

It’s not just for crisis - therapy can help you develop coping strategies, work through difficult emotions, process breakups, manage depression, and so much more.

Every therapy session is unique and tailored to your needs. We’ll explore the challenges your facing in a safe and supportive space through conversation and reflection. You can expect your therapist to ask questions, offer insights, or guide you through specific exercises to help you navigate your current challenges. Don’t worry, we go at your pace and never push you beyond where you would like to go.

We require at least 48 hours’ if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to the full session fee. This policy helps ensure availability for other clients who may need support.

Coverage for psychotherapy varies by insurance plan. At this time, we do not bill insurance providers directly, but we provide receipts after each session that can be submitted to your insurance provider for reimbursement. We recommend checking with your insurance provider in advance to ensure they cover services from a Registered Psychotherapist.
